傅雷往事

读《傅雷家书》,回顾傅雷夫妇十多年间写给其子——留学海外的傅聪的家信,谆谆教诲和对子细腻温柔的爱让人感动,更觉得受益匪浅,有如我既傅聪。

傅雷不仅是著名的翻译家,文艺评论家,更可谓成功的教育家。两个孩子中,傅聪成了著名钢琴大师,傅敏成了英语特级教师。傅雷教之先做人,后成“家”,超脱小我,独立思考。这与古人的修身、齐家、治国、平天下不谋而合。

名家之后能成大器者实不多,名家能使自己成家,却未必能使其后人成家。究其原因,除个人资历德行外,教育也!官宦子弟多纨绔,富贵人家多奢靡,文人后代多清高。由此可见教育之重要干系。而关于教育之法众说不一,《傅雷家书》可为我们参考。

。。。另外一点我可以告诉你:就是我一生任何时期,闹恋爱最热烈的时候,也没有忘却对学问的忠诚。学问第一,艺术第一,真理第一,爱情第二,这是我至此为止没有变过的原则。

。。。你在万里之外,这样舒服,跟这别人跟不到的老师;学到别人学不到的东西;感受到别人感受不到的气氛;享受别人享受不到的山水之美,艺术之美,所以在大大小小的地方不能有对不起国家,对不起同胞的事发生。

那种口吻,音调,特别亲切平易,极富于幽默感;而且没有教训口气,速度恰当,间以适当的PAUSE,笔记无法传达。他的马克思主义是到了化境的,随手拈来,都成妙谛,出之以极自然的态度,无形中渗透听众的心。讲话的逻辑都是隐而不露,真是艺术高手。

。。。人若没有苦闷,没有矛盾,就不会进步。有矛盾才会逼你解决矛盾,解决一次矛盾即往前迈一步。

。。。哪几天招待朋友,哪几天听音乐会,哪几天照常练琴,哪几天读哪一本书。一朝有了安排,就不至于因为无目的无任务而感到空虚与烦躁了。

。。。东方的智慧,明哲,超脱,要与西方的活力,热情,大无畏的精神融合起来,人类可能看到另一种新文化出现。
。。。但你我的民族自觉,民族自豪和爱国热忱并无一星半点的排外意味。相反,这是一个有根有蒂的人应有的感觉与感情。

谨以此文缅怀傅雷先生,《傅雷家书》留给我们的,则是更多关于教育的启示。。。

  夜里睡不着觉,所以闲扯几句,聊以抒情,以便安心睡觉

  毕业在即,论文答辩亦已告讫,才得闲暇读些闲书,做些闲事

  可书读越多,越觉自己愚昧无知

  现今社会哈美哈英哈法哈日哈韩还哈非主流,大张旗鼓的,那是傻B,心口不一的,更是虚伪,要不干么LVMH宫下富裕还ISSEYMIYAKE.就说日本,哈的是日本真文化么?我看未必。日本文化本身就充满着矛盾。从德川家康到明治维新,再从民治维新到日本战败,日本人是在不断反思着自己的文化的。旧有的君主专制让日本人忠,让日本人义。可西进思想和战败的事实又让日本人不忠,让日本人不义。日本在不断思索,专制也好,民主也罢,强国是其根本,因此,日本的真文化就在于不断思索其文化本身,咱们哈的,又是什么?

  想到国家日益兴盛,尤其在天灾人祸前的众志成城,万众一心,吾心甚慰。中国的民族主义是强大的,然而,反其道而思,在众多事件中,民众强烈回应之中就无半点水分么?或者我们是否能将事情处理的更好?爱国固然重要,可客观冷静则更为有力,失去理智的爱国者无异于一群乌合之众!这点咱们不免效仿与古人,博古才能通今。要想民族文化强盛,怎能弃之百家;要想民族复兴,怎能忘却贞观开元;要想勿忘国耻,更得深谙清末民初之史。兴国,却万不能丢兴国之本。中国文化博大精深,厚重施人以静思!以此为基点改革自己,开放自己,才是有义的。师夷长技以自强,若自己都夷了,自强何用。

  君子敏于行而讷于言,现今善谈者居多,善建者可观,真正能革己命的,更是屈指可数。政策是好转的,只是力度不强,执行不够。与外国签署的引渡本国罪犯的条约是好的,只是大部分贪官仍是逍遥法外。执行的确难于纸上谈兵,但百姓期盼的心又怎堪如此冗长的等待,赖已移居加国多年,周而复始的审讯确是司法必要,可民众要的,只是公正!国情不一,文化不一,对法认识不一,可贪赃就是枉法,就是浑的,不杀不足平民怨!

essay on the project of CRM

 

  Hello, Miss Wang , firstly thank you very much for your lively and interesting course in this semester. I’m very glad to write an essay on the project of CRM as my finals. It did cost amount of my time to finish it, but still have lots of shortcomings in it because of the limitation and restriction of my knowledge of this aspect, so I sincerely hope you give me any kind of suggestion on it if possible.

 

  Okay, let’s get the point. The outline of my essay is generally divided into three sections. In the first section, I am going to review the main content of the CRM course we learned during this term time, for I suppose that it very necessary to underline the foundation of every building, I mean, the theory of CRM. In the second section, I plan to give some examples of the CRM cases, which occurred especially in china. We will also come to conclusions of mine, which is thought to be effective and efficient prospects to the present situation of CRM in our country; In the final section, I am gonna present the understanding and illustration of this subject, and that also reflects the point of mine on how to maximize the benefits of CRM.

 

  The 1st section

  There are twelve chapters in our text book, I’d like to further divide them into four parts.

  Part 1(From chapter 1 to chapter 2): here we learn the past, present and the prospective future of CRM, we also learn the concept and meaning of this subject. As the development of technology, internet has become a must part of our lives, we are having great changes both in the way of life and commercial. Customers seem more sophisticated, and business men can no longer grasp the heart of consumers unless they know their gods better. Under such circumstances,  CRM, as a way to stress the relationship between the business and consumers, jumps into the eyes of every intelligent guy. In other word, CRM, it’s absolutely a necessity of the demanding for the changing situation, the stimulus of technology development and the transformation of the concept of management, which accumulate and analysis the information of market and resultly maintain and promote the further development of a company. To be more exact, the function of CRM consists of selling’s automation, marketing’s automation and customer services. The understanding of the CRM’S function helps us acknowledge the software of CRM better which will be mentioned below.

  Part2(From chapter 3 to chapter 5):in these 3 chapters we get to know how to bring the CRM principle into reality. The first one is tactics and customer analyze; the second one is marketing strategy; the third one is GRM system design and implement.

  Part3(From chapter6 to chapter 9):there are more details among from chapter6 to 9 on the specific method to carry out the GRM. They are database management, customer service center built up, IT system established and information expanded and conjoint respectively.

  Part4(From chapter 10 to chapter 12);last but not least, the highlight are concluded as below:  transformation of enterprises; balance between the cost and profit of GRM.  The writer tried to link the principle and reality together, and did his best to make this more practical in the follow 3 chapters, which is very fascinating to me that makes me want to do more research on it. So let’s move to the next section to analyze a domestic case.

 

  The 2nd section

  Recently a famous domestic CRM company collapsed, which makes us feel the development of CRM in mainland has come to a permanent end. It also reveals the general condition most CRM companies met with during these years. They tried hard to make CRM popularity in our country, but unfortunately became losers by the end..

   An experienced CRM expert said, the CRM market in domestic still in depression, as a result, the concerning companies can hardly get decent margins from the minorities who are in need for a CRM guidance. This is the most common point of view among economists in people’s republic of china, whereas, many oversea enterprises hold the opposite opinion, the administrator of CRM commercial analyze of INTEL corp. Mr. JosdeLaat insists to share CRM market of china in the coming year. We are now lack of stimulating needs of CRM, this can be done by the transformers, like Mr. Josede.

   The economists  also believe that the main factors of the long time low demand are based on the drawback of price and adventure of a CRM software. In the process of   information in some small or even middle sized company, they are facing problems like high risk of transformation, high difficulty of combination and high cost of carrying out such CRM methods. Suggestion to this problem are  as below, considering the existing long distance behind the developed countries which have  won numbers of successful experiences, we are supposed to increase the voice of the third party who ias major in CRM, such as the pure research ,testing agent and proper guidance of the government. Through this we are aiming to make the concept of CRM more popular and accessible in the market.

 

  The 3rd section

  In maximizing the benefits of CRM, the firm’s strategy defines the playing field, buy customer insights define the plays. Customer tastes, habits, and expectations evolve rapidly. And meeting these changing needs requires a formal approach to capturing insight into customers. A new , more strategic approach to CRM and patterns of demand. But we must first look at CRM from the customer’s individual perspectives to truly understand how each of them is different, and we must better understand the reasons for a customer’s purchase. We must ask: how do they our product or service to use? Once this information is acquired it is possible to identify opportunities to create meaningful values for customers. At Wal-Mart, ongoing customer-insight effort generate idea for new products and services. For example, the finding that 50 percent of  women shoppers have an undeveloped roll of film in their purse led to the creation of an in-store , half hour processing service. For leading companies, CRM improvements tend to be customer segment specific, due to the differences in needs and value of each segment. Understanding the profit potential of each segment helps prioritize efforts. Gaining customer insights is a continuing process requiring formal methods for gathering feedback translating that information into action. In conjunction with gaining the customer perspective, changes in the market place and the nature of demand must be captured systematically. Top performing companies are in tune with the types and levels of customer demand and are highly responsive to this information. High visibility into demand is the operational linchpin of successful companies. Virtually all critical planning decisions-from parts ordering to defining marketing campaigns, to hiring and budgeting- are driven by forecasting must be followed up by cross department planning processes design to align each area of the firm to emerging marketing realities. Despite the importance of demand visibility, most companies are poor forecasters. This deficiency dooms them to subpar results regardless of the strength of their strategies. Conventional wisdom tells them that forecasting is impossible to get right so they don’t focus on improving it. Yet the company that forecast successfully produce consistent results and avoid nasty earnings and cash flow surprises. By avoiding the distractions of ugly surprises, they can focus completely on increasing value and strengthening their advantages over competitors. At Wal-Mart, for example, demand sensitivity is a high priority. They have invested millions in the RetailLink systems that communicate basis, this data allows suppliers to use simple statistical tools to project upcoming sales. In another example, Dell has built electronic links with suppliers to communicate replenishment needs, in some partnership, on an hourly basis. In addition, forecasting is a vital part of the job for Dell’s entire sales force. They are trained in how to walk customers through standard questions and identify critical business events that are like to trigger sales.

   To sum up, we are now familiar with the general process of how to know and get along with  our gods better through this subject,  I am aiming at doing further study at it, since there is still a long way ahead, so let’s work out better!That is the end of my essay, thanks for your timeJ

 failing to enrol in Melbourne uni..but maybe Auckland instead..meanwhile..alk is gonna
graduate from Manchester uni..n dreamin of takin further study at Cambridge...
that's what I've heard..they were my best friend when I still was a youth..though may
